Should We Have a Clan Leaders Summit?

Well I was thinking of all the problems our clans face today and I thought they can better be handled with advice from fellow clan leaders who might have gone through something like that before. Every month this "summit" would meet maybe in the chatbox and discuss certain problems and issues. One of them can be clan battles which need to happen more often. If we communicated more, then more clan battles and stronger bonds between our members can happen. SSNC may have their council participate, Honor may elect 2-3 representatives, and Creed will use their 3, currently 2 generals. So what do you guys think?

I don't think you should have different rules for different clans.
Send off 1-2 people from each clan.

Hmm thats what I was going to do but since Creed and SSNC have council's it might be hard to chose which certain people go. But it does not matter as long as it happens and there are representatives from each clan. Also do you think we should include the smaller, unofficial clans or not?

Smaller clans get included.
However, some time will have to be agreed on, and it might not necessarily be a time at which every clan leader is available. So clans will have to keep that in mind (The answer "I'm not available at that time" doesn't mean the summit is canceled: It means said clan needs to send someone else).

The problem with smaller clans is dis-organization. It would be hard to find a clan leader/member and send them a PM and for them to organize a good time for themselves. Bigger clans such as Honor, Creed, and SSNC have their own private forums in which they can discuss this. I support the smaller clans and all but if we do include them it will take some work to do so.

Anyone who wants to change the time, go ahead and do so on the thread.
They have until the time is set definitely. After that, they'll have to send someone who can be online, or simply not be there.

We should have one before the end of July. I am good at any times on Friday's GMT-4 right now I believe (or GMT-5 I am not sure, I live on the eastern coast of the US).

Since clans have members from different parts of the world, here's a suggestion. Maybe have 2 different meeting times, 12 hours apart. Eg- 5pm or 5am. Because my time zone is GMT+8, also the timezone of quite a few other BeGone players.
