What is not shown tells the entire story. If you would have happened to notice that "somewhat" attractive female in the picture, you would notice that the lace on her shirt goes all the way around and would show much of her "attributes". The Dog, upon further inspection, was staring at the lady, and as a result did not see the pedestrian crossing the street in front of her car.
She gets out of the hospital in a few days. Luckily, she had insurance. The dog did not. He has his first appearance in front of the judge in the morning. Turns out he was driving with a revoked license and should have been at home per the restraints of his previous convictions and his court ordered monitoring collar.

I've seen this picture before and it had a different dog in the car. Makes me wonder if this ever actually happened.
